You can expect a prompt response during business hours. Calls, voicemails, or texts received outside of business hours will be responded to within 24 business hours. Please allow up to 24 business hours for a response. If you have not received a reply after that timeframe, you may follow up. Calling or messaging multiple times does not expedite a response. Please have patience & remember I am just one person. You may occasionally receive a response outside of these hours; however, this is not guaranteed. You are more likely to receive a response outside of business hours when you send a text. TEXT IS BEST!! Text is the preferred method of communication. Phone calls are often missed while I am with clients. If you choose to call, please leave a voicemail. Text messages allow for faster & more efficient responses, especially outside of business hours. You may also reach out via Instagram DM or email; however, response times on these platforms may be slower. Text remains the preferred & fastest method of communication. 🗓️ APPOINTMENT MANAGEMENT 🗓️ All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking system. Appointments will not be scheduled via call or text. The booking system is available 24/7. Please utilize this system before reaching out. If you reach out to cancel/reschedule an appointment ahead of 24 hours you will not be charged even if you don’t receive a response. However, you are able to cancel/reschedule your appointment on your own through the booking site (use your text or email link). ❌ Each service includes recommended hair growth guidelines in the description. Arriving to your appointment without the required hair growth may result in an unsuccessful wax or the service being declined. In either case, the appointment fee will still apply. ❌ Services for men are offered from the waist up ONLY. Please note that male Brazilian waxes are not available. If a below-the-belt service is booked, the appointment will not be performed & the applicable fees will still apply. ❌ NO kids or extra guest.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Honey B Wax Bar, you agree to our cancellation policy.
Cancellations & reschedules within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service.
All fees must be paid before booking any future appointments.
Failure to pay the applicable fee will result in a client ban.
We understand unexpected situations arise; however, our policies are in place to protect our time & business. Please note that these policies are not personal but necessary for maintaining fairness & efficiency.
We expect all communication regarding fees to remain professional & respectful. Rude or disrespectful behaviors will not be tolerated.
